CONNEAUT —
Thomas C. Liberatore Jr., age 69, of Conneaut, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at his home.
Tom was born Sept. 23, 1943, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Thomas and Ann (Fasock) Liberatore Sr. He was a 1961 graduate of Ashtabula High School.
Tom worked most of his life as a tool & die maker and retired from CW Ohio after many years of service. He was a member of St. Mary/ St. Frances Cabrini Parish.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew-in-law, Ross Shirkey.
Tom is survived by his wife, Sandy (Vignal) Liberatore, whom he married May 8, 1965; a brother, Gene and Patricia Liberatore of McDonald, Ohio; sisters, Betty Guidibaldi of New Somerna Beach, Fla. and Veronica Anaker of Sulphur, La.; nieces, Tracy Shirkey, Melissa Davis, Tricia Mangiafico and MaryAnn Fruge; a nephew, Michael Anaker; and great-nieces, Abigail and Clair Mangiafico and Alec and Anna Beth Shirkey.
At Tom and Sandy’s request, Tom will be cremated and no services will be held.
The RAISIAN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 581 Harbor St., Conneaut are handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Station Three Rescue Squad, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
