CONCORD TOWNSHIP —
Mass of a Christian Burial for Julia J. Kilfoil, age 97, of Conneaut, Ohio, was held at St. Mary Church, 482 State St., Conneaut.
Born Sept. 2, 1914, in Erie, Pa., and passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord Township.
Julia has lived in Conneaut since 1945. She enjoyed playing Bingo and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. She also worked at the Human Resource Department for the City of Conneaut for many years.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathleen DiPofi of Saybrook, Ohio, and Sebring, Fla., and Nela Haverdill of Painesville; grandchildren, Tim, Jim, Kevin, Duke DiPofi and Steve and Todd Haverdill; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James V. Kilfoil, and son, James M. Kilfoil.
No calling hours will be observed. Burial will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Conneaut.
