CONNEAUT — Marie L. Sterling, age 61, of Conneaut, died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at University Hospital in Cleveland.
Marie was born Oct. 25, 1951, in Conneaut, the daughter of Art and Laura Fabish (Jones) McCumber. She attended Conneaut High School.
Marie was formerly employed at Springfield Plastics in production. She enjoyed reading books and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Gail Sterling.
She is survived by daughters, Crystal Sterling and Hannah and James Chase, both of Conneaut; sisters, Lyla Kightlinger and Ann Marie Walker, both of Conneaut; and five grandchildren, Aaron, Courtnee, Dante, Olivia and Eli.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, March 11th, at Greenlawn Mausoleum, with the Rev. Jan Walsh, of New Leaf United Methodist Church, officiating.
The family request that any donations be made in Marie’s memory to RAISIAN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 581 Harbor St., Conneaut, which is handling the funeral arrangements.
