Franklin Arnold DeGennaro Jr., age 56, of Ketchum Road, passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at his home.
He was born July 14, 1956, in Bristol, Pa., the son of Franklin A. and Tresa (DeCaprio) DeGennaro Sr.
He attended Pennsbury High School and worked as a general laborer for as long as he was physically able. A private individual, he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding his bike, listening to the radio, rock-n-roll music and his family.
His survivors include his brother with whom he lived, Dave DeGennaro and his wife, the former Sarah Patchell; nieces and nephews, David Michael DeGennaro Jr., Dana Michelle (Jeff Nemerovsky) DeGennaro and Robert Patchell; and one great-niece, Addison DeGennaro.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his step-father, Walter Shumaker.
A Service will be held 3 p.m., Wednesday, October 10th, at Greenlawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 3140 E. Center St. (SR 20), North Kingsville, Ohio. Entombment will follow.
No calling hours will be observed.
