CENTERVILLE — Lillian S. Stofko, age 90, of Centerville, Ohio, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Elizabeth Geczi; sisters, Emma, Ella and Mary; and brothers, Paul and Andy.
Lillian is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, John Stofko; daughter, Corinne (Paul) Miller; son, Terry (Caryn) Stofko; grandchildren, Megan, Travis John, Meredith, Melanie and Molly; and great-grandchildren, Ming Geet, Ming Duq and Jake Connor.
Lillian was a long standing member of the Woman’s Club in Ashtabula, Ohio; was a loyal parishioner and member of the Mr. and Mrs. Club of St. Joseph in Ashtabula; was a loyal member of St. Leonard’s Community, where she enjoyed the Memoir Class and she enjoyed her golf leagues and bowling leagues.
Lillian always loved people and was famous for her raspberry jam and pies.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 24th, from 1 p.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. at St. Leonard’s Chapel, 8100 Clyo Road, Centerville 45458. Interment will follow Mass at Calvary Cemetery.
