Andrew J. Froncek, age 87, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
Dear father of Georgean (Raymond) Cosari and father-in-law of Denise Witnik. Loving grandfather of Charisse (Christopher) Barbian, Raymond Andrew (Brandy) Cosari, Margret (Martin) Rychley, Phillip (Amanda) Witnik, Jason Witnik, Meghan (Tom) Manson, Eric (Tiffany), Shawn and Adam (Mandy) Witnik. Loving great-grandfather to 17 and great-great-grandfather to 1. Uncle, great and great-great-uncle to many caring nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary (Wrobel) Froncek; eight brothers and sisters; wife, Thelma (Stenzel); and sons, Stanley and Robert (Patricia) Witnik.
Andrew was a WWII Navy Veteran and retired Director of Buildings and Grounds for Geneva Schools.
Andy was a thinker who loved to read, play pinochle and travel. He was a craftsman and an avid walker, hiker, mountain climber, fisherman and dancer. He was a friend to all.
Services are private.
