WILLIAMSFIELD — Herbert R. Konte, age 72, died Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at his residence.
He was born April 16, 1940, in Yugoslavia and lived in Eastlake before moving to Williamsfield 25 years ago.
Herbert was a U.S. Army Veteran and worked as a Machinist at the former Gould and Imperial Clevite, before retiring from Accurate Metal Machine.
Herbert is survived by his children, Steven Konte and Angela Andryscik (Mark); grandchildren, Dominic, Kyle and Kayla; sisters, Erika (Jerry) Salvucci and Annamarie Konte; sisters-in-law, Jan Konte, Cora Konte and Linda Wright; and the love of his life, Janice Konte.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph and Adolph Konte.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12th, at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd, Eastlake.
Family will receive friends at BRICKMAN BROS. FUNERAL HOME, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, on Friday, Jan. 11th, from 4 to 8 p.m.
