ASHTABULA — Lacey Joanne Cramblit, age 27, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 8, 2012.
She was born Oct. 6, 1984, in Sacramento, Calif., the daughter of Robert and Toni (Westerburg) Cramblit and had been an Ashtabula resident most of her life.
Lacey attended Ashtabula Area City Schools and in her younger years was active in gymnastics and the YMCA swim team. A very artistic person, she enjoyed music, was a loving granddaughter, and loved her children.
Her survivors include her mother, Toni Cramblit (Joe Simak) of North Kingsville; three children, Donte’ Jackson, Dezrae Clark and Dilynne Cramblit Wheeler; her brother, Jacob Cramblit of North Kingsville; two half-sisters, Juliet and Sandra, both of California; her grandmother, Joanne Westerburg of Ashtabula; her aunts, Vicki (Reno) Alley and Debrah (George Peabody) Westerburg; an uncle, Dan (Kathy) Westerburg; cousins, Lucas Westerburg and Valerie Hochschild; and her close friend, Melissa Wheeler.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Cramblit and grandfather, Ronald Westerburg.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2012, at the Simak Welcome Center, 3105 School St., Kingsville, Ohio.
