ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Howard W. Mobley, age 82, of Alexandria, Va., died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009.
He had been an editor for the following publications: The Star Beacon of Ashtabula, Ohio, The Telegraph of Painesville, Ohio, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Forestry and the U.S. Army.
He was married for 24 years to Audrey Cropek, then widowed, and then married to Helen Wolle for four years.
He was the father of three children, grandfather of two and great-grandfather of three.
Services were held on Dec. 23rd.
