He must complete two years of supervised probation and his driver’s license was suspended for 454 days.

• Larry Dunaway, 30 Cedar St., Geneva, pleaded guilty April 7 to the amended charge of no operator’s license. He was fined $522.50 and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 41 days suspended with four days to be served via 12 days of electronically monitored house arrest.

• Will R. Hollaman, 5717 Woodman Ave. #26, Ashtabula, appeared April 7 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of attempted breaking and entering. He was fined $355 and sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Hollaman also appeared April 7 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of petit theft. He was fined $230 and sentenced to 180 days in jail with eight days jail time credited.

Irvin also pleaded guilty April 7 to the charge of open container and was fined $130.

• Daniel D. Olson, 2300 Eureka Road, Ashtabula, pleaded guilty April 7 to the charge of driving while under the influence. He was fined $565 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended with five days to be served via the driver intervention program. He must complete two years of supervised probation and his driver’s license was suspended for 210 days.

• Jennifer L. Simmons, 949 E. Beech St., Jefferson, pleaded no contest April 7 and was found guilty to the charge of endangering children. She was fined $230 and sentenced to three days in jail with three days suspended.

• John F. Putt, Sr., 45, 3583 Austin Road Lot 113, Geneva, pleaded guilty April 21 to the amended charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $100 plus court costs .
