Ashtabula County Common Pleas Court

• David M. Bogert, 34, 12003 Concord Hamdon Road, Painesville, pleaded not guilty Mar. 20 to the charge of burglary, a third-degree felony. His bond was set at $50,000.

• Terry L. Cicco, 49, 1616 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, appeared Mar. 26 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison with 10 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He was fined the court costs.
