CONNEAUT — A five-issue string of defeats was interrupted Tuesday with the success of a five-year permanent improvement renewal sponsored by the Conneaut Board of Education.
The five-year, 1.5-mill measure will raise an estimated $400,000 annually for four purposes only: textbooks, transportation, technology and maintenance of the district’s older buildings, like the Rowe Street bus garage.
