8 - ALFRED HITCHCOCK FILM FESTIVAL, 7 p.m. at Geneva Public Library, 860 Sherman St. Free.

8,9 - BROWN BAG CONCERT featuring Linda Fundis noon Wednesday at North Park, Ashtabula, and Thursday at Jefferson Village Park. Free. Rain locations: Ashtabula First Presbyterian Church and Jefferson United Methodist Church.

9 - MADISON VILLAGE CONCERT IN THE PARK, 7 p.m., featuring Chardon Polka Boys.

9 - HEAD START OPEN HOUSE, 2-7 p.m. at 4510 Main Ave., Ashtabula.

9 - SOLVE A MYSTERY PROGRAM for grades 3-6, 3:30 p.m. at Geneva Public Library, 860 Sherman St.

9-10 - RUMMAGE SALE to benefit American Heart Association Heart Walk, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at Ashtabula County Medical Center, Fifth Floor, Ashtabula.

10 - FISH/SHRIMP DINNER, 4-7 p.m. at Rock Creek Sacred Heart Church, 3409 N. Main St. Carry-outs available. Proceeds benefit School of Religion.

11 - BENEFIT DANCE, 8-11 p.m. at Geneva Veterans of Foreign Wars, 76 Depot St. Featuring Madison Jazz Project. Sponsored by Our Lady of Perpetual Help home school group. Tickets at the door or for reservations, call Cathy (Jeffrey P.) Novak.

11 - "DOWN ON THE FARM DAY," 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Newbury United Community Church, 14916 Auburn Road. Includes petting zoo, pony rides, hayrides, games, obstacle course, waterslide races and dunking booth. Fruit and vegetable stand, bake sale, food and beverage. "Wild Wood Express" band will entertain.

11 - BENEFIT REVERSE RAFFLE, doors open 5 p.m. dinner 6:30 p.m. at Kathryn Rose Party Center, 3116 N. Bend Road, Ashtabula. Grand prize $1,500. Dinner by Davis Catering, with DJ: "DC Tunes." Donations benefit Kathy Davis who has a rare disease, primary systemic amyloidosis. For tickets or more information, contact Davis (Joe) Catering of Ashtabula.

12 - YMCA CRUISE-IN, noon-4 p.m. at Ashtabula YMCA, 263 Prospect Road. Proceeds benefit YMCA weight room. Car show, door prizes, food, trivia contest, 50/50 raffle and '50s-'60s music by "DC Tunes." For more information call Lonnie (Sherrie) Anderson.

12 - CONNEAUT BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL, 1-7 p.m. at Conneaut Community Center, Newcomb Performing Arts Terrace, 1025 Buffalo St. Free; bring a lawn chair.

12 - SUMMER CONCERT, 7 p.m. at Ashtabula North Park, Main and W. 44th St. Featuring Erie Heights Brass Ensemble. Sponsored by Main Avenue Music of Ashtabula. Bring a chair.

12 - BLUES PROJECT CONCERT, 4-7 p.m. at Old Firehouse Winery, 5499 Lake Road, Geneva-on-the-Lake. Proceeds go to Ashtabula Chapter of Hospice of Western Reserve.

12 - BIG BANDS ON THE BEACH, 4-6 p.m. at Walnut Beach, Ashtabula Harbor. Featuring Don Burns Big Band, Karla Mullenax of WJET-TV as emcee, Ken Piper Swing Dancers, Boy Scouts Saybrook Troop 52 flag raising and Liz Tredent singing the national anthem. Sponsored by city of Ashtabula; Timothy Kalil and Elaine Swanson co-chairs. Bring lawn chairs.
