Ken and Jen Makowski of Jefferson announce the engagement of their daughter, Tonya Stenger, to Richard Wilson, son of Tom and Kim Brewster of Madison.
The bride-to-be received her doctor of pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in 2009. She is employed as a pharmacist at Ashtabula County Medical Center.
Her fiancé is a professional horse trainer and manages the couple’s horse farm in Rome.
A closed wedding and reception will take place Sept. 29 at Stanton Park in Madison.
