Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schwentker of Geneva are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Their daughters are taking them on a cruise to Bermuda.

Frank and Joan (Clark) were married Sept. 1, 1962, at Dorset Methodist Church.

The couple’s daughters and sons-in-law are Darlene Staniszewski of St. Thomas, Pa.; Lisa and Steve Jones and Laura and Rob Lincoln, all of Jefferson. They also have six grandchildren.

Mr. Schwentker retired from Quality Buick in 1998. Mrs. Schwentker retired from Austinburg Elementary School in 2000. They are members of People’s Church.
