Brittany Anne Boulton and Justin Anthony Nigro announce their engagement.

The future groom, son of Anthony and Angela Nigro of Ashtabula, graduated from Lakeside High School in 2002 and received his bachelor’s degrees in international studies and political science from Miami University in 2006. He is employed as a finance director in the Ohio Senate.

His fiancée, daughter of Al and Phyllis Boulton of Valley City, graduated from Buckeye High School in 2005 and received her bachelor’s degree in political science and Russian in 2008 from Bowling Green State University. She is employed as a legislative aide in the Ohio Senate.

The couple are planning a July wedding.
