Mr. and Mrs. Lee Shinault of North Kingsville are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. A party in their honor was held Oct. 6 at First Nazarene Church.

Lee and Mary (Phelps) were married Oct. 6, 1962, at Zion Lutheran Church in Ashtabula.

The couple’s children and their spouses include Douglas and Patty Shinault of Mentor; Devin Shinault, DeAnne Shinault, Danielle and Zac Erb, all of Ashtabula. They also have eight grandchildren.

Mr. Shinault retired from Millennium Inorganic Chemicals Inc. in 2005 after 36 years of service.

Mrs. Shinault is a member of Ashtabula First Church of the Nazarene.
