FEATHER / Star Beacon SIGNS WARNING of "regulated substances" have been posted on the fence surrounding the site of the former ESAB Welding and Cutting Materials factory in Ashtabula Township. The plant's operations were moved to South Carolina last year; the factory site was used by Union Carbide to produce titanium for a short period in the 1950s.
