CARL E. FEATHER / Star Beacon ZONTA INTERNATIONAL of the Ashtabula Area has assumed responsibility for the annual International Gift Fair, which was revived by John and Rita Linehan 10 years ago. The fair is this weekend and next in the Austinburg Town Hall, just east of Route 45 on Route 307.
