FEATHER / Star Beacon LEE TATE, a buyer with Phoenix Coins, studies a coin presented to him by a potential seller as he does business at the Holiday Inn Express in Saybrook Township Thursday afternoon. Tate said he's paid out tens of thousands of dollars for gold, silver and other coins since setting up shop in the township last week. Today is his last day at the motel, but another group, Ohio Valley Gold and Silver Refinery, arrives next week.
