CARL E. FEATHER / Star Beacon ASHTABULA'S HISPANIC community came out Monday evening for a show of support and solidarity. The community is fearful of the Ashtabula City Police Department as a result of traffic stops that have led to deportation. The latest incident involved a 17-year-old Mexican girl and her 7-month-old baby (center of photo). The girl was stopped by police as she was riding home from work on the handlebars of a bicycle being driven by her boyfriend, who ran away from police.
