mpage: The third annual Breakaway Bike Ride and Block Party will be held Sept. 12 to benefit the Ashtabula Dream Center. Cyclist registration begins at 8:30 a.m. for the 48-mile slow-paced Greenway Trail ride that begins at 9 a.m.; and 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. block party which includes carnival games, puppet shows, face painting at Ashtabula Dream Center, 604 W. 57th St. Food, beverages and bake sale will be available. Proceeds benefit the center.
