When actors aren't actors

BOB LEBZETER: The Video Viper column in Friday's WEEKENDER is about a movie detailing a famous coal mine strike in which Hispanics tried to get parity with whites. The twist: Many of the people involved in the fictional account are acting in the movie, which was the only U.S.movie banned, because it was thought to have been produced by Communists. Could I make this stuff up?
