ROBERT LEBZELTER / Star Beacon RESCUE PERSONNEL secure lines to a car that drove across this property on Fox Road in Kingsville Township and the front end became submerged in an icy pond shortly before midnight Thursday. Fire personnel from area departments as well as the Ohio Highway Patrol were called to the scene. The driver apparently fled the scene and was being sought early Friday morning.
