CARL E. FEATHER / Star Beacon THE BONE-JARRING ride along Route 20 in Ashtabula Township will continue for a few months, but help is on the way. The Ohio Department of Transportation has awarded the contract for resurfacing to Koski Construction. Work is to be completed by the end of October and will cover an eight-mile stretch, from Route 11 east to the Conneaut/North Kingsville line.
