MARGIE PAGE: The eighth annual Walk for the Cure will be held Sept. 20 at Geneva High School. The event will begin at noon with a vendor’s fair and the balloon launch will take place at 1:55 p.m. The walk begins at 2 p.m. and ends with a survivor’s ceremony and pizza party at 3 p.m. The event is free for all breast cancer survivors and $15 for other participants. All proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen For the Cure.
