RUDY CAMPBELL III pauses with his friend, Brandie, next to a model of the Pennsylvania Railroad Dock at Ashtabula Harbor, circa 1915. Campbell is leading the effort to build numerous interactive models that will allow visitors to the Ashtabula Maritime and Surface Transportation Museum to operate the unlooading equipment. The group meets every Saturday and Sunday afternoon at the museum.
