COMMISSIONERS ON Tuesday gave their tentative approval to a plan that would add more than 11,000 square feet of office and service space to the Department of Job and Family Services building at Donahoe Center in Ashtabula Township. The move would allow consolidation of operations and relocate the JobSource from Lake Avenue to Main Avenue. Cost is pegged at $2 million, but an overall cost savings of $100,000 annually has been projected.
