POTENTIAL SWIMMERS were warned by written statement and a verbal warming from lifeguards concerning elevated bacteria levels at Lake Shore Park and the possible presence of blue-green algae. The warning has been applied to many of northeast Ohio beaches after a recent storm and the sighting of the algae.
