CARL E. FEATHER / Star Beacon DEBBIE ZINGARO (left) director of the Conneaut Public Library for the past 19 years, was honored with a reception Friday afternoon at the library. She is joined by the new director, Kathy Pape, in front of a stained glass piece employees purchased and placed in the library in her honor. Zingaro plans to pursue stained glass as a hobby, and the staff purchased a basket of supplies for her as a gift.
