CARL E. FEATHER / Star Beacon THE WARNER Hollow or Wiswell Road bridge has spanned Phelps Creek since 1867. The handsome bridge is just south of Route 322, west of Windsor at Wiswell Road. The Town lattice structure underwent restoration several years ago, allowing it to be re-opened to motorized traffic.
