GEORGE ZANT photographed the Adams Road covered bridge in Monroe Township June 20, 1947, and had the vibrant image made into a postcard.The Town lattice bridge, built in 1878, would succumb to progress several years after this image was made. The postcard identifies this bridge as 35-04-11; it has also been numbered 35-04-47.
