JOE SCHRINER has declared his candidacy for the 2012 presidential race, despite winning only 71 write-in votes in Ohio in 2008. Schriner feels the economy is going to collapse, setting the stage for a candidate who can connect spiritual values and common sense to government and everyday life. Schriner lives on the west side of Cleveland.
