MARK TODD / Star Beacon FLAGS AND BANNERS were a part of the procession that launched Conneaut�s Veterans Day observance Sunday morning. The small parade began at the American Legion Cowle Post 151 on Broad Street and end at the city's Veterans Memorial at the steps of City Hall.
